PARKING & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- There are other businesses operating at Befferlands therefore unfortunately WE CANNOT ACCEPT AGGRESSIVE DOGS.
- Upon arrival at Befferlands farm you will see our Wiggle Tails signs pointing you in the right direction.
- Parking at Befferlands Farm is fairly relaxed - Just please dont block doorways or tracks
- Please do not arrive early or leave late . If the Dog Paddock is occupied within YOUR booked time slot, Please contact us immediately ( see Contact Us )
- We have 15 minutes in between each booking. This is to ensure that you have enough time to enter / exit the paddock without any crossovers.
- Please do not let your dog out of the car until the previous guests have left the paddock, Safely loaded their dog /dogs into their vehicle and have departed. This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT as we may have reactive dogs visit us.
- Your dogs lead MUST be on at all times unless securely in the Dog Paddock or in your vehicle.
- There is livestock in the neighbouring field therefore it is imperative that your dogs lead is on unless in the paddock or your vehicle.
- THERE IS NO WATER IN THE PADDOCK . Water is provided from a tap in the Wiggle Tails parking area. Please feel free to bring a bottle \ bowl and help yourself
- Please shut the gate behind you when entering / exiting the Dog Paddock.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
- The Wiggle Tails Dog Paddock is monitored on a daily basis.
- This includes, Checking that the fences are secure, The gates are working properly, There are no holes and all agility equipment is in good working order.
- Children are most welcome in the paddock, However please note that the agility equipment is built for dogs not children.
- Whilst the Dog Paddock is secure and we do our up most to keep it this way, We cannot guarantee security for every dog. It is up to you to check that you are satisfied with your surroundings before removing your dogs lead. We will not be held responsible should your dog escape.
- Wiggle Tails Dog Paddock is used at the dog owner / handlers own risk. We recommend that dog owners / handlers have Public Liability Insurance.
- No responsibility will be taken by Wiggle Tails for damage / injury sustained to property, individuals or animals during your time with us.
HEALTH CHECK
- All dogs must be up to date with flea and worming treatments. There may be Ticks within the Dog Paddock in the summer.
- If your dog is showing any sign of ill health - diarrhoea, vomiting, kennel cough or general lethargy please do not visit us until your fury friend is well again.
DRESS FOR THE WEATHER
- Please bring appropriate footwear as Wiggle Tails does get muddy in the wetter seasons. The ground maybe un-even at times so please take care.
- You may want to bring an umbrella as we currently do not have a shelter.
WASTE / LITTER / PADDOCK CARE
- Please pick up your dogs waste. We compost any dog waste, Therefore it is a MUST that you use biodegradable bags and dispose of it in the bins provided. We provide bags if you forget yours. You are on CCTV. Failure to pick up after your dog will result in being banned from Wiggle Tails.
- NO SMOKING. Please take litter home with you.
- Please do not allow your dog to dig holes. If this happens you must do your best to re-fill the hole.
- Children are welcome at Wiggle Tails , However this is not a playground. Please do not allow children to interfere with fence, gates or agility equipment.
PRIVACY & CANCELLATIONS
- We reserve the right to close Wiggle Tails at any time. If this affects your booking, Cancellation will be notified and a full refund will be given.
- Please be aware that CCTV is in operation within the Dog Paddock and carpark. DATA PRIVACY - Any data kept by Wiggle Tails will be used purely for booking purposes and will not be shared with any other parties.
- We operate a 48hr cancellation policy. Any booking cancelled within 48hrs of the start of the booking time is not refundable.
- If customers do not adhere to the above terms and conditions Wiggle Tails has the right to refuse any future bookings.
